No joke, NextDrop changed my life. Every week I was spending hours and hours just to receive and manage orders using whatever not-quite-fit-for-the-job online tools I could find. It was incredibly exhausting and was really souring me on the entire business. Not to mention the fact that it was frustrating for my customers as well.

Working with NextDrop changed all of that and allowed me to focus my time on the parts of the business I love, like growth and innovation. Honestly, just streamlining the order process was enough, but when I starting using the Customer Analytics features, it opened up a whole new world of possibilities.

NextDrop is digital freedom! My favorite part is the flexibility. I can schedule promotions, update menu items, and control my entire operation directly from my phone at any moment in the day.

Setting up the menu was super easy. The staff at NextDrop was quick and responsive, and they took our media and created a beautiful menu that stayed true to our brand and aesthetic.

I also love that NextDrop gives me regular feedback about menu performance and automatically captures customer information to use in my weekly targeted email campaigns. We're looking forward to kicking off a loyalty and ambassador program within NextDrop in the near future!

NextDrop has come up big for us on several occasions. Ahead of a recent long weekend, I discovered that we had a surplus of mussels and my chef didn't think they'd keep into the following week. I logged into my NextDrop account, kicked off a dish-specific promotion, and we sold out of the mussels before the weekend even hit. Another time, we created a cocktail in honor of the passing of the actor Chadwick Boseman. We named it Wakanda Forever, put it on the front page of our menu, and within minutes we were selling them like crazy. We actually had to go buy more ingredients for them, and it's been our top selling cocktail ever since. We went from zero to having a hit on our hands within a few hours!

The future of the F&B industry depends on being creative and evolving, and NextDrop helps us do just that! Personally, at my business, I know we're going to be keeping NextDrop for the rest of our existence!
