Rosalie's became a pandemic hit in Charleston as a Food Truck before shutting down because it became an unsustainable model for the founders. After receiving constant requests for their pan pizzas, Leah and Jeremy decided to relaunch Rosalie's out of a commissary kitchen, with pick-up at a local brewery. They partnered with NextDrop to facilitate pre-orders and enjoyed dramatic success, as well as a much more sustainable operating model.

Our story

Rosalie's Pizza Food Truck opened in Charleston in February 2020 and we were amazed and grateful that so many people would come out during the Pandemic just to get our pizza. Rosalie's truck gained a fast following but unfortunately the trailer setup was not sustainable for our lives or business and we sold it and opened High Pie wood fired sourdough pizza pop-up.

Our pizza obsession is strong though and we just love making all different styles of pizza! We miss making the Rosalie's pan pizzas (and we get a lot of requests for them) so we decided to bring them back in a different format.

We are so excited to offer a once a week pick-up option for these style pan pizzas!
