Elevating Takeout
Dough Daddy is an LA-favorite, pandemic-born popup serving Detroit-style pizza and craft cocktails for pick-up a few days every week. It has been featured on Well Done (Discovery+), The Kelly Clarkson Show, and written about in the LA Times, Eater, The Infatuation, and several other publications. NextDrop has processed over 850 orders for Dough Daddy since the summer of 2021.

Our story
It was early 2020 and Kyle (our founder) was craving Detroit Style Pizza. There really wasn't much, if any, in Los Angeles at the time, so he figured why not make some for a Pizza Party with his friends? So, Kyle bought all the pans, tools and the ingredients (including 6lbs of Brick Cheese) and well, COVID had other ideas. Figuring he was gonna need to work his way through that cheese, Kyle circled a date on the calendar to make some pizza. It just so happens, on that exact same day, Kyle was laid off from his job in travel and like so many others didn't know what he was going to do.
"What better way to distract myself than to make some pizza," he thought, and that's what he did. Later that night, he decided to post some pics on his Instagram and see if any of his still-employed friends would want to "pity buy" some from him cause, as he put it, "Daddy needs to make some dough." And with that dumb dad joke, Dough Daddy was born.

Cocktails
Our Craft Cocktails are made with fresh juices, syrups and fine spirits. They come bottled in batches of 2-8 servings, are easy to serve at home and last for around week in the fridge!
